**ORAH – Shipping Policy**

At ORAH, we are committed to getting your blasting and painting products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

### 1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship across Canada using reliable carriers:

| Ontario & Quebec            | Ground Courier           | 1 – 3 business days         |

| Atlantic Canada             | Ground / Air             | 4 – 7 business days         |

- Orders placed before **12:00 PM EST** on business days are usually processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

### 2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

### 3. Order Processing Time
- Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within **1–2 business days**.
- Backordered or special-order items will have estimated shipping dates clearly noted on the product page or order confirmation.

### 4. Important Shipping Notes
- All shipments are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Customers are responsible for providing a **correct and complete delivery address**. Redelivery charges may apply if an address is incorrect.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs (for international orders), or extreme weather.

### 5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
- If the package arrives damaged, take photos and contact us **within 48 hours**.
- For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.

### 6. International Shipping
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
